Hayley Gibbs (b.1987, UK) is a British artist currently living and working in London.
She studied a BA in Fine Art (Sculpture) at University of Brighton (2009) and Historic Carving (Stone) at City & Guilds London Art School (2018)
Forward from this she has been awarded a number of public commissions and worked on heritage sites across the UK.
She is particularly interested in exploring the representation of the human figure in historic architecture and the modern public space.
Initially working with traditional materials and techniques, her personal practice is developing new ways of using this language to create sculptures and installations to share stories and experiences.
